Please complete the following form to have information added to the Public Meetings Calendar on Arkansas.gov, the DFA home page and the News section on your office's home page. Please note in the "Special Instructions for Web Support" if the event does not need to be posted on the Public Meetings Calendar on Arkansas.gov. Refer to Act 1302 of 2009 to see if an item is required to be on the Arkansas.gov calendar.

Event information needs to be posted to the Internet no less than three days before the event is scheduled. Please allow Web Support 24 hours for your event to be posted to the Internet. If you have any files that need to be uploaded, please note in the "Special Instructions for Web Support" and email them as attachments to Web Support.

If you have any changes or deletions to calendar events, please email Web Support detailed instructions on necessary changes.
